Who are the parents of KAREN SUE BATTEN-PENCE
Here's a touch of frustration that the Republicans would turn into a mystery conspiracy:
Her marriage notice has her the daughter of Bernard f Barcio; her marriage papers have the married name Whitaker (?Good Catholic -- !Divorced! and married in a CATHOLIC CHURCH which forbids such practices as a second marriage to a divorced person.); and she claims the maiden name Karen Sue Batten. Which is it? Batten or Barcio?
"We are told Karen Whitaker and Michael R. Pence exchanged wedding vows June 8 at St. Christopher’s Roman Catholic Church at Speedway. The Rev. Jim Lasher solemnized the 3:30 p.m. ceremony."
HUM ... FISHY
"The bride, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bernard F. Barcio of Indianapolis, was graduated from Butler University with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in elementary education."
