Is 2015 a year to worry about?

Nostradamus said to consider 1999:

L'an mil neuf cens nonante neuf sept mois,
Du ciel viendra un gran Roy d'effrayeur.
Resusciter le grand Roy d'Angolmois.
Avant apres Mars regner par bon heur.

The year 1999, seventh month, [or simply "sept"]
From the sky will come a great King of Terror.
To bring back to life the great King of the Mongols,
Before and after Mars to reign by good luck.

Interestingly, September 2001 and not 1999 was the correct date.  But the chart says that BOTH years are possible and are correct.  It therefore falls to the reality that Nostradamus called the correct month, and method of attack.

Why are there four possible years?  Or Four Horsemen? or Four Starting points for the same calculation?  And why does it portend the fall of Washington in 2015/16?
