A bit of Joy

Well, Time to relax – can’t always beat-up on that illiterate occupant of the White House ... though I must admit, he does lend himself to it ... and I am looking forward to the next four years.

Probably the only one who wants George there more is Osama Bin Laden. After all, who but George W and his crew could see the USA attacked and use it as an excuse to destabilize Iraq ... Gee George ... you got this thing for doing what your daddy failed to do ... or was daddy's actions not "failure", but a sign of intelligence? Well, if the latter, no question about it – the intellect gene missed your gene pool (look at the twins) ...

Anywho ... Was going through the local weekend paper – Bangor Daily News – and my daughter was mentioned ... she runs on the High School Cross Country Team. Three Cheers for her ... I can do the proud papa thing ... Oh she’s a Junior ... and only fifteen (15) – turns sixteen at the beginning of summer 2005 – so she’s competing against girls about two years older ... and leaving them in her dust ... YEA! Oh ... she also has a high school three years average a tad over 99. Brains, beauty, talent and physical prowess.

Her baby brother just started HS ... he didn’t want to skip any grades – so he’s a year younger but two years behind her ... He finished elementary with the highest grades in the school ... naturally he’s into sports – and like his sister, a top scorer. He also joined Cross County – first competition of the season he beat his sister’s time by several minutes ... watch out Maine ... you have two champions emerging ...

Well ... enough proud papa stuff ... I really need to play with the HTML options ... personalize this a bit more ;-)

until next time ...
